Big Cat Green Island Cruises operates 2 boats to Green Island. Big Cat which allows over 5 hours at Green Island and Reef Rocket for 2 and 4 hour options.

Green Island is a beautiful coral cay about 45 minutes ferry trip from Cairns with an abundance of tropical sea life. This island is located within the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park World Heritage Area and is surrounded by coral reef. Enjoy the ambience of the Green Island Resort setting. Snorkel in the warm island waters with a wide variety of colourful fish, shells, giant clams, anemones, turtles and huge range of marine creatures and laze on the idyllic white sandy beaches.
With the glass bottom boat you float across reef and look through large viewing windows and enjoy informative commentary. Add the semi submersible to your booking and view the underwater world as a diver would but without getting wet.

full day trip includes a 2 hour stopover to explore Green Island and experience both a reef and island adventure. This package includes the use of snorkel equipment on Green Island and 3 hours at the next stop at the Outer Barrier Reef. (Norman Reef pontoon) which includes snorkle equipment, lunch and semisubmersible tour in the ticket price.
3. GREEN ISLAND FULL DAY TOUR:
Full day cruise with option of 4 or 5 hours at Green Island. (Includes choice of snorkel equipment or glass bottom boat) Additional extras we can add to your booking are Buffet lunch, semi submersible. If you require both glass bottom and snorkel equipment we can add this to your ticket.
